Prime Minister Hun Sen said opposition party didn’t have rights to ban National Election Committee from preparing election.
Speaking Monday at groundbreaking ceremony for National Road 44 restoration, he said the opposition party hasn’t yet registered and submitted its candidate lists for July’s election due to internal conflicts.
He said opposition parties raised about corruption, involvement of foreigners in election and they charged National Election over election lists while his party focused on peace and security maintenance and development.
Opposition party, referring to newly-created National Rescue Party, like a losing boxer who kick referrer, he said.
Registration of political parties has started from April 29 and will last to May 13.
